I bet you all should be aware of this famous restaurant, and I’m lucky enough to have a dinner with my friends last Saturday so I’m making a short evaluation of the foods there.
Before the pictures of food roll in, I’m kinda happy that found this little present for my girlfriend..
…does she looks cute? There are also black and white colors for this piggie, but I think this red little plushie looks the best. Notice how innoncent she is, hehe.
We went to TGI Friday’s at around 6.30pm, after we wander around inside 1U Shopping Complex aimlessly for 2~3 hours. By the way, found something at the Rainforest area..
When we walk into TGI Friday’s, we’re prompted with fast and friendly services from the waiters inside the restaurant. The place is quite big, I think there are around 20~30 tables which could caters around 200 people at the same time. Lets take a look at the set course menu..
…looks quite interesting (although didn’t manage to take the whole picture of the menu), the set course meals are divided into 2 sides, the left side are the some sort of “Angel” meals and the right side are the “Devilish” meals. Since the “Angel” dishes are relatively new, I pick my appetizer, entree and dessert from there.
After we made our orders, time to get busy with “business”..
..notice how my friends are so busy with their phones. Anyway, after waited for about 5 minutes, the drinks are here!
Although the names are quite special, the taste are not really that special. The Green Apple doesn’t really look that green, but the taste are refreshing with very heavy apple taste. The Blood Orange looks rather orange in color, and the taste is a bit mix of orange juice with some sort of.. gas drink? Time for appetizers!
Accodring to my friends, it seems the Shrimp Martini taste quite hot. The Buffalo Wings are pretty much like normal chicken wings, but I could smell some sambal taste on it. And now, we presents the contestants for the dinner tonite!
Overall, the entrees are nice. No need for me to elaborate much on the food, as the pictures already do the talking. =) And now, the desserts parade…
..the dessert are nice and very sweet, especially the Mocha Mud Pie. The chocolates plus coffee powder are too sweet if to be consumed by one person. I could not imagine if we choose 3 Mocha Mud Pie for our desserts.
The dinner ends at around 8pm, and the bill noted about RM215 for 4 persons. Quite a reasonable price since the portions that they gave us are quite big and taste good as well. Why don’t you go try it this week? =)
